We will be closing the doors to our KitKat Chocolatory store, located at Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto, on March 31. After more than three years of operation, we have decided to redirect our efforts to focus on e-commerce solutions that will create more innovative break moments and reach a wider audience. We would like to thank everyone who has visited the store, participated in one of our experiences or ordered one of our products.

This decision only affects the Canadian market. KitKat Chocolatory stores in other markets will continue to operate.

KitKat Chocolatory products will be available to consumers on SKIP Express until supplies last. The KitKat brand will continue to release creative and innovative products, such as KitKat Pops and KitKat Chunky Drumstick, which launched earlier this year.

KitKat is one of Canada’s most well known and loved chocolate bar brands, manufactured in our Toronto based confectionery factory. This decision does not impact other KitKat products. We will continue to release creative and innovative products, such as KitKat Pops and KitKat Chunky Drumstick, which launched earlier this year.

At KitKat we are constantly exploring new ways to sell our products and are redirecting our efforts to focus on e-commerce solutions that will create more innovative break moments and reach a wider audience. At the beginning of this year, we launched our newest innovations - KitKat Pops and KitKat Chunky Drumstick.

How can I redeem my gift card?  

We’re sorry you weren’t able to use all of the funds on your KitKat Chocolatory gift card before the closing of the Yorkdale store on March 31st, 2023.

• Photo of both sides of the gift card 
• 12 digit code on the card  
• Full name and mailing address (where you wish to receive reimbursement)

I requested by refund for my gift card but haven’t received it yet? 

We’re sorry to hear you have not yet received your reimbursement. As we continue to support our consumers through replacement & delivery, we’d like to communicate that this process may take 10-15 business days before the reimbursement arrives.
