Douglas Laboratories Stress-B-Plus Voluntary Recall  

The health and safety of consumers is our highest priority. Nestlé Canada Inc. doing business as Atrium Innovations has initiated a voluntary recall of one lot code of Douglas Laboratories Stress-B-Plus tablets in Canada. This voluntary recall is due to the product being manufactured with Niacin instead of Niacinamide. Niacin may cause a temporary flushing reaction that should not pose a health and safety risk.  

In Canada, this recall only affects one lot code and does not impact any other Douglas Laboratories products. 

Consumers who have purchased this product should stop using the product and contact Nestlé Consumer Services for reimbursement. Please retain the product. If you have any concerns or questions, we encourage you to reach out to Consumer Services:
