    LEAN CUISINE Sweet & Sour Chicken Ingredients

    Cooked White Rice, Cooked Seasoned Chicken (White Chicken Meat, Water, Modified Corn Starch, Sodium Phosphate, Salt), Water, Green and Red Bell Peppers, Carrots, Pineapples in Juice (Contains Citric Acid [Acidulant]), Orange and Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Worcestershire Sauce (Vinegar, Molasses, Water, Tamarind, Sugar, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Flavour, Colour), Modified Corn Starch, Soy Oil, Salt, Tamarind Purée, Modified Milk Ingredient, Spice.

    Conventional Oven

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) maximum.

    2. Pierce film. Place tray on baking sheet on centre rack of oven.

    3. Bake 31 min. Stir. Let stand 2 min.

     

    Microwave (1000 W)

    1. Pierce.

    2. Cook on high 4½ min. Stir.

    3. Let stand 2 min.

     

    Do not prepare in toaster oven. Do not reuse tray.

    Keep Frozen. Cook thoroughly.
