    NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Black Carrot Juice, Black Cherry Flavour, Black Currant Juice, Citric Acid, Glycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Gluconate, Water.
    Instructions

    DIRECTIONS: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Adults, take 0.5 mL to 1 mL at or before bedtime. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. WARNING: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine, seizure disorders or if you are taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Rare allergic reactions and mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
