3-Step ROLO Summer Pie

A fun take on a classic dessert that’s as easy as pie…literally!

What you need


2 cups (500 ml) Chocolate Cookies (Coarsely Crumbled) or Graham Crackers
As desired (We used Nestlé ROLO Mini) Assorted Toppings

How to prepare


  1. To prepare the crust, preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
  2. Process 2 cups crumbled cookies (we made one pie with chocolate cookies and one with graham crackers) in a food processor until finely ground. Add oil and process until well combined. Using your fingertips or the back of a spoon, press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan. Bake until just set. 10-12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  3. Spread a thick layer of Nestlé Rolo Frozen Dessert into the cooled crust and freeze for 15 minutes until pie is firm and fully set. Top with mini Rolo pieces and other toppings as desired. Slice and enjoy!
