What you need

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups (325 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped kale (stems and ribs removed)
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green apple
1/2 Small ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh parsley leaves
1 tsp (5 ml) honey

How to prepare

Instructions

Blend almond milk, kale, banana, apple, protein powder, avocado, parsley and honey in blender until smooth.

Tips

Pineapple

Replace green apple with chopped pineapple if desired.

Honey

Honey can be adjusted for personal preference: reduce for fewer grams of sugar per serving or increase slightly for extra sweetness.
