BOOST Just Protein No-Bake Power Bars

How to prepare
1. Line 8-inch (2 L) square baking pan with plastic wrap or foil.
2. In food processor, pulse together oats and dates until chopped. Add coconut, cocoa powder and protein powder; pulse for about 30 seconds or until in fine crumbs, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
3. Add maple syrup, coconut oil and chia seeds; process until smooth. Press mixture into prepared pan; refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until firm. Remove from pan and cut into 12 bars.
4. Refrigerate bars between pieces of waxed paper in airtight container for up to 3 days.
For extra chocolate flavour, add some chopped dark chocolate to the mixture before pressing into pan.
