1/3 cup (75 ml) light coconut milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup (60 ml) frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp (5 ml) honey
1/2 tsp (2 ml) finely grated fresh ginger
Pinch ground turmeric
