What you need

1 bottle (237 mL) BOOST High Protein Strawberry
1 tbsp (30 mL) tahini (sesame paste)
1 cup (250 mL) frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 tsp (2 mL) lemon juice
optional Toasted sesame seeds

How to prepare

Instructions

Combine BOOST® High Protein Strawberry, tahini, strawberries and lemon juice to blend. Pulse until smooth. Garnish smoothie with toasted sesame seeds.

Tips

Fruit freezing

Freeze overripe strawberries instead of throwing them away. Just slice and portion them into re-sealable plastic bags so they are handy.
