How to prepare
In small food processor or blender, mix together walnuts and garlic until coarsely ground. Add BOOST Complete+ Probiotic Chocolate Powder, half of the beans, sweet potato, chili powder, cumin, oregano, pepper and salt; pulse until mashed. Stir in remaining black beans and bread crumbs until combined.
Divide mixture into 2 portions. Shape each portion into 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick patties. Heat oil in nonstick skillet set over medium heat; cook burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and heated through.
Assemble burgers in buns with lettuce, scrambled eggs and tomato.
