What you need

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (375 mL) BOOST Complete+ Probiotic Chocolate Powder
1 cup (250 mL) brewed Nescafé coffee, chilled
1 cup (250 mL) low-fat ricotta cheese
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon

In blender, mix together BOOST Complete+ Probiotic Chocolate Powder, brewed coffee, ricotta, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend until powder has completely dissolved, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Divide mixture among 6 (1/3 cup/75 mL) ice pop moulds. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.

Tips

Almond Extract

Add a drop of almond extract for nutty flavour if desired.
