In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Add CARNATION Rich and Creamy powder, eggs, and vanilla and stir until smooth. Add the flour and baking soda and continue stirring until well blended. Then fold in the AERO pieces.
Drop dough by the spoonful onto two parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350˚F for 10-11 minutes.
Immediately after removing from oven, use the back of a spoon to make an indentation on the tops of your cookies. Press a mini marshmallow into the indents. Let cookies cool.
In the meantime, place Mackintosh Toffee and water in a medium saucepan set over medium low heat. Stir frequently until completely melted.
Drizzle melted toffee on top of cookies. Sprinkle with sea salt and savour your favourite cup of hot chocolate, in cookie form!
