Stir together BOOST® Powder Chocolate, coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, pepper and salt until well combined.
Fold in quinoa and coconut until combined. Roll into 24 balls. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
Cookie bites can be stored, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Cookie bites can be frozen, well-wrapped, for up to 3 months.
