Prepare hot chocolate using coconut milk and 1 cup (250 mL) water according to package directions.
Divide evenly among 4 mugs. Top with whipped coconut cream and sprinkle with crushed cookies.
Top if off!
Whipped coconut cream in aerosol cans are available in the dairy section of most supermarkets. If desired, substitute toasted coconut for crushed cookies.
