Indian Besan Laddoo (Besan ke laddu)
Besan laddoo (Besan ke laddu) is a popular Indian sweet dish made of besan (chickpea flour or gram flour), sugar, and ghee. How to prepare
Melt the ghee in a saucepan. Add the yellow food coloring.
Add the Besan and grill for 3 to 4 minutes until aromatic.
Then add the NESTLÉ FULL CREAM SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and cook for at least 4 minutes until slightly firm.
Then add the crushed almonds, icing sugar, and elaïti powder.
Let cool for a few minutes
Form small round balls by hand.
Place a cashew nut on each Laddoo.
