MACK Toffee Cheesecake Dip

What you need

2 bars (45 g each) MACKINTOSH Creamy Toffee Bars, smacked
1/2 cup 35% whipping cream
6 oz plain, brick-style cream cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

How to prepare

Instructions

Set aside 1 tbsp (15 mL) smacked toffee pieces. Combine the remaining toffee pieces with the cream in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until melted; cool slightly. Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese with the yogurt until very smooth. Beat in the melted toffee mixture until well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for 1 hour. Sprinkle with reserved smacked toffee. Serve with apple slices, pretzels and celery sticks.
