What you need

1/4 cup (60 ml) NESTLE NESQUIK syrup
1 cup (250 ml) skim milk
2 cups (500 ml) low-fat Greek yogurt
1 small or 1/2 large banana
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped strawberries
1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes

How to prepare


In blender, combine yogurt, milk, banana, strawberries, ice and NESQUIK; cover and blend until smooth.
