Nesquik Granola Snack

What you need

1/4 cup (60 ml) NESTLE NESQUIK Chocolate Flavor Powder
1 cup (250 ml) all-natural peanut butter
1/3 cup (75 ml) honey
1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut oil
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
3 cups (750 ml) crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup (125 ml) old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup (125 ml) dried cranberries
1/3 cup (75 ml) chopped toasted almonds

How to prepare

Instructions

Line 9-inch (23 cm) square baking pan with enough foil or parchment paper to overhang pan.

In large, microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and coconut oil on High for 30 seconds; stir until smooth. Stir in NESQUIK and vanilla. Add cereal, oats, dried cranberries and almonds; toss together gently until completely coated.

Scrape into prepared pan. With greased hands, press mixture evenly into pan. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Lift bars from pan using foil overhang. Carefully peel away foil; cut into bars.
