How to prepare
Stir honey and lemonade together in a cocktail shaker. Add a mint leaf and muddle. Next, add your Irish whiskey and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with PERRIER and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
When muddling anything, it’s important to use a rocks glass, as their heavy bases let you apply pressure with more control. Please do not try muddling in stemware!
