How to prepare
Dip tips of lollipop sticks into melted chocolate; insert 1 stick into side of each mini doughnut. Freeze for about 5 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
Using paper towel, wipe off small amount of powdered sugar from the centre of each doughnut. Dip base of each ROLO into chocolate and affix to wiped area in centre.
Place tiny dollop of chocolate in centre of each ROLO; top each with candy eyeball. Freeze for about 5 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Pipe icing around eyeball to resemble red veins.
