SMARTIES Lemon Dessert Cups

How to prepare
In small saucepan, heat lemon juice, sugar, lemon zest and salt over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture is hot and sugar is dissolved. In heatproof bowl, whisk egg yolks with 1/4 cup of the hot liquid; whisk into remaining liquid in saucepan. Cook, whisking constantly, for 3 to 5 minutes or until lemon curd is thickened and coats the back of a spoon. Stir in butter. Place plastic wrap directly on surface; let cool. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until cold or for up to 3 days.
In each of four 1/2-cup mason jars, layer 2 tbsp granola, 3 tbsp lemon curd, 7 SMARTIES and ¼ cup (60 mL) Greek yogurt; top with remaining SMARTIES
