Balance four of your prettiest glasses on a sideways tilt in a muffin tray. Make the flavoured gelatin according to the package instructions. Add the ice cubes to the hot gelatin mix, stir to cool, then remove the ice. Pour ¼ of the mix into each tilted glass. Pop the whole tray into the fridge and allow to set. Mix whole SMARTIES into the Greek yogurt (leaving some for garnish), then spoon ½ a cup into each glass. Garnish the top of each parfait with SMARTIES. Get ready to impress!
