Combine strawberries, cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl then mix until smooth. Add SMARTIES to mixture.
Place dough in refrigerator until firm. Once cool, roll 1 inch balls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Place back in the refrigerator until they harden.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave and stir until smooth.
Remove truffle balls from the refrigerator. Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted white chocolate until coated. Place chocolate coated truffles back onto the parchment paper and refrigerate to harden. Share and enjoy!
Instead of using white chocolate, try it with dark chocolate!
