What you need

1 bar (95 g) AERO® 70% Dark Chocolate Tablet
3 cups (750 ml) 1% milk
2 shots (60 ml) espresso coffee
2 oz (60 ml) dark rum
1 oz (30 ml) chocolate liqueur
1/2 cup (125 ml) canned light whipped cream

How to prepare

Instructions

Heat milk in saucepan set over medium heat. Reserve 8 small pieces of chopped chocolate; stir remaining chocolate into milk until melted.

Stir in espresso, rum and chocolate liqueur; heat through. Pour into 4 mugs. Garnish with dollop of whipped cream and reserved chocolate.

Tip!

If you do not have an espresso machine, use 4 tsp (20 mL) NESCAFE instant espresso powder and 1/4 cup (60 mL) hot water.
