How to prepare
Heat milk in saucepan set over medium heat. Reserve 8 small pieces of chopped chocolate; stir remaining chocolate into milk until melted.
Stir in espresso, rum and chocolate liqueur; heat through. Pour into 4 mugs. Garnish with dollop of whipped cream and reserved chocolate.
If you do not have an espresso machine, use 4 tsp (20 mL) NESCAFE instant espresso powder and 1/4 cup (60 mL) hot water.
