What you need

1 pkg. (135 g) AERO Milk Bubbles
3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
3/4 cup (175 mL) brown sugar
4 tsp (20 mL) sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking soda
8 cups (2 L) plain popcorn

How to prepare

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300˚F (150°C). In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add Mackintosh’s Creamy Toffee Bites, sugar, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, hot sauce and salt.<.p>

Bring to a boil, swirling pan to combine; once sugar has dissolved, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Toss with popcorn until coated.

Spread evenly on parchment paper–lined baking sheets. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 18 to 20 minutes or until caramel has set. Let cool slightly. Scatter AERO BUBBLES over popcorn; stir slightly to incorporate. Refrigerate until completely cooled and break into clusters. Makes 16 servings (1/2 cup /125 mL) per serving).
