bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
In a medium bowl, combine the bittersweet chocolate with the chopped TURTLES. Add the boiling water and let stand for one minute. Whisk the chocolate mixture until smooth. In a small saucepan, bring the milk and heavy cream just to a simmer. Add the chocolate/TURTLES mixture and whisk over medium heat until hot. Remove the saucepan from heat. Pour hot chocolate through a strainer or sieve into two mugs. Garnish with marshmallows or whipped topping and serve.
Spice it up
Garnish with cinnamon!
Just leave off the whipped cream topping!
