Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Chop TURTLES into rough pieces and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt your butter. Add sugar, maple syrup, water, vanilla and sea salt.
Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil before lowering the heat to medium. (Dip a brush in hot water and brush the inner sides of you pan to avoid sticking sugar.) Stop stirring and clip a candy thermometer to the side of your pan.
Cook for roughly 20 minutes, or until your temperature reaches 300°F. If you notice dark spots in the mixture, gently (and carefully) swirl the pan to distribute evenly.
Remove your pan from the heat and carefully pour the mixture onto your lined baking sheet. Use a silicone spatula to spread the mixture into a thin, even layer. Quickly sprinkle your chopped TURTLES on top and allow it to cool for 2 hours or over night.
Once cool and solid, break into rough pieces and enjoy.
