BOOST Chocolate Mocha Energy Bars

How to prepare
Line a 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) metal baking pan with parchment paper.
In large bowl, stir together oats, chocolate chips, hemp seeds, protein powder, cocoa powder, espresso and chia seeds.
In blender, pulse pitted dates, BOOST® Original Chocolate, rice syrup and coconut oil until smooth.
Combine date mixture and oat mixture in a bowl. Toss well to coat.
Scrape into prepared pan and press down firmly.
Freeze for 40 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 32 bars.
Bars can be kept, tightly wrapped in plastic in the freezer for up to 1 week.
