2 ounces (57 g) Dark chocolate 60-69%, chopped
4 teaspoons (20 ml) Sugars, powdered
2 tablespoons (30 ml) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
2 tablespoons (30 ml) Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Ground cinnamon
3/4 cup (175 ml) Milk 2%
1 teaspoon (5ml) Vanilla extract
1 pinch (0.50 ml) Ground cayenne

Whisk together in a medium saucepan the chopped chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, cinnamon, cayenne, and milk until smooth.
