The Stouffer's and Lean Cuisine Rewards Programs have ended. Please read below to find the answers to the most common questions about the closing of these two Rewards Programs.

Why did the Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine Rewards Programs end?

Participation in the programs has been declining, making it difficult to provide the best programs for our valued members.

Will Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine offer another loyalty program?

There’s another great way to enjoy Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine meals. Sign up for myNestlé to discover exclusive promotions, exciting contests and information customized to your unique needs.

Why wasn’t I notified sooner about the program ending?

We first notified all of our valued members of the news in March 2016 in order to give you enough time to collect, enter, and redeem your PINs for rewards before the program end date.

Can I still use my points? When will my points expire?

The Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine Rewards Programs have ended as of SEPTEMBER 1ST 2016, 11:59:59pm EST. This means that you are no longer able to enter PINs, and all points accumulated have become null and void.

Once I redeem my points, how long will it take to receive my reward(s)?

You will no longer be able to redeem points after the program end date. Up until SEPTEMBER 1ST 2016, 11:59:59pm EST the Rewards Programs operated as usual, with normal fulfillment timelines and all of the Program’s rewards available for redemption. (It can take 6-8 weeks to receive rewards.)

Will I still be able to buy Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine meals?

Absolutely! This change only impacts the Rewards Programs. You’ll continue to find your favorite Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine meals at retailers across Canada.
