    Cooked pasta (water, wheat semolina), water, breaded seasoned chicken (chicken, wheat flour, water, chicken broth, soybean oil, tapioca starch, salt, corn starch, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, yeast, wheat gluten, dried egg white, corn flour, dried parsley, spice, flavour), table cream (milk ingredients, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, carrageenan), hot sauce (cayenne pepper, vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder), sour cream (modified milk ingredients, modified corn starch, guar gum, carrageenan, carob bean gum, sodium citrate, bacterial culture), salted butter, modified corn starch, parmesan cheese, skim milk powder, garlic and onion powder, canola oil, vinegar, spices, herbs, flavour, xanthan gum.

    MICROWAVE:

    Microwave Oven (1100 Watts): 1. Do not vent film. 2. Cook on high 3-1/2 min. During cooking, a popping sound may occur as steam builds. 3. Stir and re-cover. 4. Continue on high 2 min. Stir. Let stand 1 min.
