Cooked whole grain brown rice (water, brown rice), broccoli, water, cooked seasoned beef strips (prime rib steak, beef broth, modified corn starch, salt, sugars [dextrose], sodium phosphate, caramel, flavour), carrots, cooked whole grain red quinoa (water, quinoa), soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), brown sugar, toasted sesame oil, modified corn starch, rice wine vinegar, garlic purée, chicken broth, ginger purée (ginger, water, citric acid [acidulant]), toasted onion powder, potassium chloride, seasoning (wheat, salt), spice.
For food safety and quality, follow these Cooking Instructions:
Microwave oven (1100 watts).
Do not vent film.
Cook on high 3:30 min. During cooking, a popping sound may occur as steam builds.
Stir and re-cover.
Continue on high 2 min. Let stand 1 min. Enjoy!
