    Cooked whole grain brown rice (water, brown rice), breaded seasoned chicken (chicken, wheat flour, water, tapioca and corn starches, chicken broth, salt, garlic powder, sugar, onion powder, yeast, wheat gluten, egg white powder, corn flour, dried parsley, soya oil, spices, flavour), tomato in juice (contains citric acid [acidulant], calcium chloride), water, tomato paste, part-skim mozzarella cheese, spinach, parmesan cheese, romano style cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, flavour, cellulose), onion, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, modified corn starch, sugar, salt, milk ingredients, herbs, flavour.

    For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
