    Water, potato, ground beef and pork, milk ingredients, onion, rolled oat, chili sauce (tomato, sugar/glucose-fructose, vinegar, red bell pepper, salt, dried onion and garlic, chili pepper, flavour [celery]), modified corn and tapioca starches, tomato ketchup (water, tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, salt, spices [mustard], dried onion and garlic, flavour), worcestershire sauce (vinegar, molasses, water, tamarind, sugar, salt, onion, garlic, flavour, caramel), tomato paste, green bell pepper, soy protein concentrate, yeast extract, salt, wheat flour, sugars (sugar, blackstrap molasses), onion and garlic powder, carrageenan, caramel, lactic acid, potassium chloride, flavour, spices, seasoning.


    For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

    Since appliances vary, cooking times may need adjustment. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Do not re-use tray.

    Cook thoroughly.

    Conventional Oven
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
    2. Pierce film. Place tray on baking sheet on centre rack in oven.
    3. Bake 38 min.
    4. Let stand 2 min.

    Microwave  (1000 W)
    1. Pierce.
    2. Cook on high 4 min.
    3. Continue cooking on medium (50%) 5 min.
    4. Let stand 2 min.
