We understand that you were hoping to enjoy a delicious crispy cone! We take the quality of our product seriously and this is not how we want you to experience DRUMSTICK frozen treats.  

Unfortunately, temperatures fluctuations for any length of time can impact the quality of the product and the crispiness of the cone. Over time, ice crystals may form, melt and transfer through the chocolate coating and into the wafer cone, making it soggy.  

Over the years, we have worked hard to reduce the chances of this happening. Therefore, we introduced a bigger Chocolatey Nugget at the tip of the cone. From the beginning of our manufacturing process, right through to the shipping of our products, we have strict temperature controls to ensure our products are produced and kept in optimal conditions. 

All storage related issues should be brought to the attention of the store manager for a resolution especially if it is not the first time this has happened to you.  Even though this may have happened outside of our control, when it happens, we want to know about it. If you have the product information, we would also like to share this with our Quality team for improvements and awareness.
