Both MATERNA Prenatal Multivitamins and MATERNA + Prenatal DHA contain ingredients that are animal-derived.  

MATERNA Prenatal Multivitamins contains vitamin D that comes from the wool of sheep. The other vitamins and minerals in the product are synthetic and MATERNA Prenatal Multivitamins are gelatin-free.  

Our Prenatal DHA soft gel capsules contain gelatin that is derived from bovine (cow) and the DHA and EPA come from fish oil.
