A momentary malfunction of the equipment could result in a few improperly-made sachets passing through.

We want you to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee as you should!  

If you are missing a sachet, we want to reassure your that we have several processes in place to help prevent something like this from happening. Our factory adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure products are consistently produced and controlled. Each coffee sachet is continuously inspected as it travels at very high speeds through the production line. However, a momentary malfunction of the equipment could result in a few improperly made sachets passing through.  

Although the chances of this is rare, when it happens, we want to know about it. We want to hear from you and we appreciate if you can share the product information which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team for awareness and continuous improvements.   

Please provide as many details as possible:   

  • UPC (Bar Code)  
  • Manufacturing code (series of numbers)  
  • Best Before date  
  • Store name and location of purchase   
  • Photo
