We want to deliver the most colourful experience to all SMARTIES fans! We take the quality of our product seriously. However, there can be times when boxes are filled with fewer of one colour vs another.
Our SMARTIES are packaged individually by weight using a sorting machine. This machine spins around as it fills each box, working to fill every box to include a variety of colours. The final product is measured by weight to include the desired amount of candies.
Additionally, it is possible that at times the filler may become jammed, causing a box to slip through missing one of the colours. We have processes in place to catch this from happening, and have several visual inspections by our staff, although sometimes a box may slip through.
To help us out, we appreciate if you can share the product information, which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team for awareness and continuous improvements.
