Empty Wrappers Inside QUALITY STREET® Tin

Our QUALITY STREET should never disappoint! In our efforts to be completely transparent, we’d like to provide some insight into how an empty wrapper can end up inside the tin.

Our QUALITY STREET sweets are wrapped using high-speed machines. While these machines are closely monitored, the occasional loose wrapper may not be caught. Although this does not meet our high-quality standards, rest assured you have received the required volume of treats in your QUALITY STREET. Since our QUALITY STREET is measured by weight, while an empty wrapper may have fallen in, the volume of treats is measured against the overall weight.

When this happens, we want to know about it. To help us out, we appreciate if you can share the product information which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team for awareness and continuous improvements.  

Please provide as many details as possible:  

• UPC (Bar Code) 
• Manufacturing code (series of numbers) 

• Best Before date 
• Store name and location of purchase  
• Photo
