TURTLES® Missing or Extra in 3-piece Bar

We are sorry to hear you are missing a piece of a delicious caramel, pecans and chocolate. We take the quality of our product seriously and we want you to enjoy TURTLES as they were meant to be.

If the package was sealed, it is unlikely for this to be a tampering incident. It likely occurred during production.

Our machines are set up to carefully measure and weigh each box. From time to time there might be a jam in the machine and as we work to fix it, it can cause the scales to be off. This rarely happens, but when it does, the packaging machines might place 2 Turtles in the box instead of 3, as you have experienced, or they might place more than 3.

This is certainly not up to our high-quality standards. Our team is constantly looking at ways to further improve our processes to eliminate the issue. We would appreciate if you can share the product information, which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team.

  • Manufacturing code (series of numbers)
  • Best Before date
  • Store name and location of purchase 
  • Photo
