    Special Edition flavours at KITKAT Chocolatory are always in rotation seasonally. Currently, the Special Edition flavours we have available online and in store are:

    We want to make sure you get the most out of your Chocolatory experience. For specific ingredients, please refer to the product page to read the ingredients and nutritional information for each product.

    If you are planning on visiting our KITKAT Chocolatory store, please be aware that the following allergens are on site: peanuts, almonds, pecans, milk, soy, wheat and sulphites. May contain other tree nuts and sesame.

    We take allergies very seriously. Please refer to the specific product page to find out more about the ingredients, and may contains statement for each product.

    Yes, we are proud to say that all of the chocolate used in our KITKAT Chocolatory products are 100% sustainably sourced and UTZ certified.

    The best before date is printed on the back of all of our Chocolatory packaging. Please eat or dispose of all bars within 5 days of opening.

    To maintain optimal freshness, we recommend storing your Chocolatory creation in a cool dry place at room temperature (below 21˚C).

    Yes, the product packaging from our Chocolatory is 80% recyclable.
    Please check with your local municipality for more details regarding their recycling program.

    If a product is out of stock, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to restock unless it is permanently out of the store. In these instances, we will have an update that the product is no longer available on the product page of our website.

    For a Create-Your-Break bar, you have the opportunity to select 3 out of 16 toppings. All toppings are the same price.

      Arriving from the West on the 401: Take the Collector Lanes for the Yorkdale Road exit.

      Arriving from the East on the 401: Take either the Express or Collector Lanes for the Allen Road / Yorkdale Road exit.

      YORK REGION TRANSIT
      The YRT Route 360-Maple Express Bus stops at Yorkdale Monday through Friday. Pick up/drop off is located at the TTC Yorkdale subway station. View route details and times.

      BY UBER
      Yorkdale has partnered with Uber to make getting to and from the centre that much easier. Three designated pick-up and drop-off areas are located at the Shoppers Drug Mart, Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew entrances for use during shopping hours. (An Uber bay is available at the north end of the centre after 10 p.m.)

      Wait times may vary. You can expect the creation of your personalized Break-Bar to take a minimum of 90 minutes. You will be notified by SMS once your bar is ready for pick-up.

      Please expect longer wait times during peak times (i.e. Friday evenings & weekends). Currently, online pickup in store is not available.

      Last call for orders is 90 min before store closing.

      Create Your Break

        Using premium 100% sustainably sourced cocoa and a wide range of delicious ingredients, chocolate lovers have the chance to Create Your Break by personalizing their own handcrafted KITKAT creation. You will be able to choose a type of chocolate, add quality toppings inclusions and even personalize your packaging - all made onsite by our team of chocolatiers. All Create Your Break bars are made to order.

        All KITKAT Create Your Break products are handcrafted in store. The full Create Your Break experience will take around 90 minutes from the time you create your order to pick up time. You will receive an SMS text message when your order is ready to collect.

        Yes, you can. You will need to provide proof of purchase and either a text message or email from the other person to pick up the order.

        Online Experience

          At this time, there are no thresholds. In times of high demand, there may be a limit on inventory to ensure all consumers have the opportunity to try our KITKAT Chocolatory products

          Depending on your location, shipping times may vary between 3-7 business days.

          Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

          Gift cards purchased online may only be used on the Chocolatory e-commerce website (not in store). Gift cards do not expire

          While all returns are final, if something isn’t quite right, we want to help. With a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase, simply return to the store and speak with a store manager, or connect with us through our Support Hub for help.

          We’re happy to provide a refund or replacement where the product:
           

          • Is significantly different from its sample or description
          • Does not do what we said it would do
          • Is unsafe
          • Has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing had you known about it
          • Is faulty. This includes products that arrive to you in a damaged condition.

          Chef’s Table™ Experience

            KIT KAT fans will get the opportunity to book a 45 minute immersive experience in the world of chocolate. Participate in the creation of your bespoke Chef’s Table™ bar alongside the Head Chocolatier and learn about the bean to bar process along with different chocolate techniques. Plus, you’ll have the chance to create your own Chef’s Table™ bar to take home and enjoy!

            Please note, we do not encourage the consumption of our products at the Chef’s Table™ and would ask that you please enjoy your creation at home!

            The Chef’s Table™ experience costs $45+tax.

            Yes, OpenTable offers points for all of their bookings.

            Sessions are 45 minutes. Please try to arrive on time as we will not be able to hold the session if you arrive late

            We do not offer private or corporate events at this time. However, you can book up to five seats at the Chef’s Table™ for a truly immersive Chocolatory experience with your friends and/or coworkers.

            You pay once you arrive to your Chef’s Table™ appointment. Therefore, if you cannot attend there is no charge to you.
