Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC) maximum.
  2. Remove film and place tray on baking sheet on centre rack in oven.
  3. Bake 45 min. Let stand 1 min.

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Do not vent.
  2. Cook on high 4½ min.
  3. Let stand 2 min.
