BOOST Almond Mocha Dalgona Coffee
What you need
1/4 cup (60 mL) Nescafé Gold instant coffee
1/4 cup (60 mL) granular stevia or other non-nutritive sweetener
1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped almonds
How to prepare
In mixing bowl, combine instant coffee and stevia. Pour 1/4 cup (60 mL) boiling water over top; beat with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until thick, foamy and stiff peaks start to form.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan set over medium heat, heat BOOST Diabetic Chocolate and almond milk for 3 to 5 minutes or until just starting to simmer and heated through
Divide between 2 heatproof glasses. Dollop frothed coffee over top. Garnish with sprinkle of almonds.
Alternatively, use cashew milk or oat milk if desired.
