BOOST Almond Mocha Dalgona Coffee

What you need

1 tetra pack (237 ml) BOOST Diabetic - Chocolate
1/4 cup (60 ml) granular stevia or other non-nutritive sweetener
1 cup (250 ml) original almond milk
2 tbsp (30 ml) finely chopped almonds

How to prepare



1.In mixing bowl, combine instant coffee and stevia. Pour 1/4 cup (60 mL) boiling water over top; beat with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until thick, foamy and stiff peaks start to form.

2.Meanwhile, in small saucepan set over medium heat, heat BOOST Diabetic Chocolate and almond milk for 3 to 5 minutes or until just starting to simmer and heated through.

3.Divide between 2 heatproof glasses. Dollop frothed coffee over top. Garnish with sprinkle of almonds.



use cashew milk or oat milk if desired.
