BOOST Chocolate Chai Quinoa ‘Cookie’ Bites
What you need

1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups cooked and cooled quinoa
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

In a medium bowl, combine BOOST® Powder Chocolate, almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, pepper and salt until well combined.

Fold in quinoa and coconut until combined.

Roll into 24 balls. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
