BOOST High Protein Mocha Fruit Dip
What you need
12 ounces (340 g) Firm silken tofu
15 Dried pitted dates (small)
5 tablespoons (75 ml) Unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons (60 ml) Coffee, strong brew
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Honey
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) Sea salt
How to prepare
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse on high until smooth and creamy.
