BOOST High Protein Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats
What you need
2 cups (500 ml) large flake oats
3/4 cup (180 ml) 2% milk
1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
1 pinch salt
1 cup (250 ml) strawberries
1 cup (250 ml) plain low-fat Greek yogurt
How to prepare
Stir together oats, BOOST® High Protein Strawberry, milk, honey and salt.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide evenly among 4 bowls.
Top with strawberries and yogurt.
Lower Sugar Option
For a lower sugar option, substitute with Boost Diabetic Strawberry (0.5g sugar vs 14g sugar in Boost High Protein)
Sprinkle with hemp and chia seeds if desired. Use vanilla yogurt if desired.
