BOOST High Protein Vanilla Chia Pudding

How to prepare
In a medium bowl, whisk BOOST High Protein Vanilla, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and salt until just blended. Whisk in chia seeds; let stand 30 minutes. Stir to distribute the seeds if they have settled. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, in a medium bowl combine strawberries and almonds.
Divide pudding between 4 bowls or glasses; top with strawberry mixture and serve.
Feel free to use vanilla or coconut flavoured low-fat yogurt, but reduce the amount of maple syrup by half if so.
