How to prepare
1. In small saucepan, bring almond milk, protein powder, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, salt and pepper to simmer over medium heat.
2. Stir in oats; reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; let stand until oatmeal reaches desired consistency.
3. Divide among serving bowls. Top each with mango and coconut. Drizzle with honey.
Change it up
Replace honey with maple syrup if desired.
