BOOST Just Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
What you need
3/4 cup (175 ml) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup (175 ml) coconut sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) packed brown sugar
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
3/4 cup (175 ml) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (125 ml) whole wheat flour
1 tsp (5 ml) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2 ml) baking soda
1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
1 1/2 cups (375 ml)semi-sweet chocolate chips
How to prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Beat together butter, coconut sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs, one at a time, until fluffy. Beat in vanilla.
Whisk together BOOST Just Protein Powder, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; beat into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by two tablespoonfuls onto two parchment paper–lined baking sheets; bake for 7 to 8 minutes, rotating baking sheets halfway through baking time, or until golden and just set. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Transfer to rack; let cool completely.
