Crispy Chocolate Banana Pecan Rice Bars

    Ingredients

    1/4 cup butter
    5 cups mini marshmallows
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    4 tbsp Nesquik Chocolate Syrup
    ½ cup pecans, chopped
    ½ cup banana chips, chopped
    6 cups puffed brown rice cereal

    Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.

    In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat then add marshmallows. Melt marshmallows, stirring constantly, until smooth. Turn the heat to low and stir in vanilla and Nesquik syrup. Add remaining ingredients and combine well.

    Working quickly over low heat, transfer mixture into baking dish. Wet your hands and gently press mixture until it is evenly spread in the baking dish.

    Let cool for 1 hour and enjoy!

    Tip

    If you prefer to form into balls, use a ¼ cup ice cream scoop and scoop the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let cool down for 4-5 minutes. With wet hands form the scoops into balls. Let cool for 1 hour and enjoy.
